Fiege Performance S650 Mustang Wheel Well Plug 2024-02025
Here is a simple fix designed by Fiege Performance, the home of Steeda Germany for all you 2024 & 2025 GT and Dark Horse owners. It's a small but important thing which fills in a gap in the wheel arch preventing damage, grime and more importantly rust from penetrating your pony car.
So what is the issue that needs fixing?
Ford has left a hole in the rear of the front wheel arch, right in the path of all the dirt and grime!
Update, as of model year 2025 (so in real years! 2026), Ford has changed the wheel arches, and the problematic opening is no longer there. It's worth taking a look at the wheel arch in advance!
The splash water protection is for the 2023-2025 model years!
This can become a huge problem. but Why?
Moisture and dirt can collect on the unprotected frame, which will quickly start to rust.
Stones will strip the metal bare exposing it to air and moisture and therefore rust.
So Fiege put their CAD software and brainpower to work to deliver the best possible solution! Designed to fit perfectly and it can be easily attached with an existing screw.
It now keeps dirt and moisture away from the frame and looks very stylish too!
In our opinion, a great little protective for your S650!
STEEDA UK NOTE: Check your wheel arch before purchase if you have a 2025/2026 car!
